How do I book an appointment?

You can book online any time through our booking system, or call reception on (02) 4950 1333 during
opening hours. New patients are welcome. If it is your first visit, download and complete the patient
registration form before you arrive.

Our independent doctors bill privately for most consultations. Your Medicare rebate can be processed electronically at the time of your visit. Reduced fees may apply for eligible concession card holders on presentation of a valid card. Ask reception if you are unsure what applies to your appointment.
Our practice is open Monday to Friday. In an emergency, always call Triple Zero (000). For urgent but non- emergency concerns after hours, see our After-Hours Services page for the options available to our patients.
No. You can book a GP appointment directly, without a referral. If you need to see a specialist, your GP can arrange a referral during your visit
