Our Fee
We are a mixed billing practice.
At our medical practice, our independent doctors operate primarily on a private billing basis. Any applicable fees are required to be settled at the time of your consultation. Our doctors accept payment via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card (excluding American Express). For added convenience, your Medicare rebate can be electronically submitted, with the rebate deposited directly into your nominated bank account. Our doctors recognise that financial considerations may affect access to care and encourage open discussion of any concerns with your doctor or the practice manager. Our doctors aim to provide care in line with patient needs and clinical judgement.
Consultation Fees and Billing
Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card (American Express is not accepted). Medicare rebates, where applicable, may be processed electronically, and patients must present a valid Medicare card at each visit. After-hours rates apply for weekday consultations before 8:00 am. Medicare rebates do not apply to pre-employment or insurance medicals. Workers compensation consultations are billed at WorkCover-approved rates, with reimbursement claimed through WorkCover. DVA consultations are billed directly to the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. Eligible concession card holders may be offered reduced fees upon presentation of a valid card. Acupuncture and laser consultations are privately billed.
