Consultations related to Worker's Compensation or Third Party matters are not eligible for the Medicare rebate.
You can get your employer to pay for the consultation cost if you don't have a claim number and instead use AMA
(Australian Medical Association) rates. When making an appointment, please specify if you need a session for workers' comp or a session with a third party.
